Condominium Association Law

We represent several condominium associations and assist them in nearly every aspect of community governance. We have handled Bylaw revisions, consulted on governance and compliance questions falling within the strictures of Titles 27 and 27A of the Vermont Statutes Annotated, litigated with parties adverse to condominium associations, and aided associations with collections of assessments from recalcitrant members, among other engagements.
