Appellate Practice

We analyze the prospects of potential appeals in light of existing law and the factual findings that were made at trial. We also brief and orally argue appeals from the decisions of all state and federal courts and administrative agencies, on behalf of both appellants and appellees.

Bank Counsel

We have been engaged for many years as counsel to local and out-of state banks. We assist in the preparation and review of bank loan participations, commercial loan transactions and related mortgage and UCC security filings, in bank credit facilities, asset-based lending, construction projects, and refinances.

Bankruptcy / Creditor's Rights

We have represented debtors and creditors, in liquidations, reorganizations, and the many elements of complex bankruptcy actions. We also represent mortgagees and judgment creditors in foreclosure and replevin actions and have carried out numerous non-judicial foreclosures on behalf of mortgagee clients.
