Retired
I have been practicing law since 1977 and for most of those years it has been my privilege and honor to be a member of this firm. It is now time to take it easier and spend more time with my wife and family. So I am not undertaking any new matters, with the comfort of knowing that Bob, Jack, Tim, Jeff, Matt and Shannon and the staff can continue servicing our clients. I will continue for a while in “of counsel status” to assure a smooth transition and to lend whatever assistance may be needed.
Legal Experience
Trials and appeals in state and federal courts in personal injury, commercial disputes, construction defect litigation, real property claims, zoning and land use cases; municipal law; mediation of disputes; commercial and residential real estate transactions, probate estate practice and litigation. Appointed receiver of corporation in dissolution.
