Biography
I was born in Rutland, Vermont in 1955, and graduated from Rutland High School in 1973. I am a 1977 graduate of the University of Vermont with a B.A. in history. Following receipt of my undergraduate degree, I spent several years at the University as an assistant men’s basketball coach.
I attended the night division of Fordham University School of Law in New York, New York, while working in the legal departments or securities compliance areas of the former Paine Webber Group, Morgan Stanley and Company, and Bankers Trust Company.
I returned to Vermont in 1989 to work as an associate in general practice for Carroll George & Pratt, a predecessor to this firm.
Legal Experience
I have a general law practice with concentration areas in real estate law, bankruptcy law, and business/commercial law including commercial transactions, business organizations, employment law, and debt collection. I am a 1988 graduate of Fordham University School of Law.
Personal
In my leisure time, I spend as much time as possible actively enjoying the outdoors.
