Bank Counsel - We have been engaged for many years as counsel to local and out-of state banks for preparation and review of loan transactions, negotiating and documenting workouts and litigating enforcement. Our practice is now limited to the representation of creditors and other non-debtor, parties in interest in bankruptcy matters.
